I like hard problems, strong coffee, and spreadsheets that actually make sense.

I have a Behavioral Sciences degree, which basically means I studied why people do what they do, and then spent 15 years using it to make them click buttons.

I grow things. Plants, kids, companies... The principle is the same.

You need patience, the right infrastructure, and real partnership. I've learned from every cutting I've ever rooted that you can't rush growth. You give it the right conditions, you show up consistently, and you trust the process. My kids teach me the same thing every day, just louder.

That's honestly how I see everything. Marketing, business, relationships, nothing real grows without patience, solid foundations, and someone who genuinely shows up. That's the energy I bring to every engagement.

I believe in paying it forward. Every person who taught me something, every role model who crossed my path and showed me a better way to think, that shaped who I am today. So I make time for it.
